What information do we collect?
The personal information we collect may include your name, email address, telephone number, CV, identification documents and right to work documents, educational records/certificates, work history, employment records, and references.

Candidates - we need your personal information to find suitable work opportunities and further information may be required to assess your eligibility throughout the different stages of the recruitment process.

We collect minimal information from our clients, including (but not limited to) contact details such as name, email address and telephone number. The purpose of this data is to ensure the recruitment services we provide can be delivered to the highest possible standard.
How do we collect your personal information?
You may have registered with IT Bods directly via our website. We may have collected your personal information via an agent or third party working on your behalf (e.g. a candidate consulting via a Limited Company). We may have accessed your details via professional networking sites, social media or a job board where you have uploaded your CV and submitted your details.

In terms of client information, we will be required to contact you and to process information about you or individuals at your organisation to supply recruitment services.
What do we do with the information we gather?
The information we gather concerning prospective candidates, contractors, referees, and clients is collected to provide recruitment services and assess the suitability of candidates for potential roles.

Once you have registered with IT Bods as a candidate, we may contact you to make you aware of current opportunities that suit your requirements. Once you have been put forward for a role we will contact and update you about applications you have made or roles you have been submitted for.

Part of the recruitment process will involve sharing your personal information with our clients who have potential work opportunities that may be suitable for you. These third parties will have a privacy policy and will also need to comply with all applicable laws.

As part of providing recruitment services (on a contract or temporary basis) IT Bods may be required to provide reports periodically to clients. The information we provide may include your personal information including your name, rate of pay and total hours worked. This information may also need to be supplied to other organisations to adhere to our legal requirements.

How long do we keep your data?
If you are a prospective candidate your personal information will be retained for 12 months from the date the information was added to the IT Bods database. Or from when you were last contacted. You can request to have your record deleted by sending an email to hello@itbods.ltd. Your record will be deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.

If you have registered with IT Bods your data will be retained for 3 years from the date of the last contact. You can request to have your record deleted by sending an email to hello@itbods.ltd. If IT Bods places you on a permanent role or a temporary assignment, we will be required to keep certain information for specific lengths of time – up to a maximum of 6 years in order to comply with our legal obligations.
